The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies and managing key customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Manage sales to quarterly and annual inbound/revenue targets whilst ensuring a healthy sales pipeline. Build and maintain long term relationships with existing customers (Partner Management). Act as liaison between the customer and internal teams ensuring customer needs are effectively communicated and met. Participate and negotiate sales terms and contracts. Ensure sales activity are managed effectively within Salesforce in order to achieve set sales targets. Remain abreast of new developments in the market by our competitors and report to management. Respond timeously to customer's technical problems/enquiries and identify sales opportunities as applicable. Make recommendations to Product Line Manager/Sales regarding new product modifications or ranges which may be introduced in the market. Liaise with customers to timeously and professionally iron out problems e.g. Late payment, warranty issues, service level issues, etc. Travel: 50% Knowledge & Skills A good/deep understanding of JBT Marel product lines and market dynamics. Enthusiastic about business development and new client acquisition. Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude. Enjoys working cross-departmentally (interconnected with JBT Regional team, Customers, and other supporting functions). Eager to learn, initiative taker and problem-solver. Meticulous and organized. Have a good temper to handle disputes and emergencies and must be service-oriented to handle and resolve disputes. Good communication Skills. Analytical Skills. Education & Qualification B Tech Degree (Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent Higher Diploma 5 - 7 Years technical sales experience. Experience within FMCG and/or Food Manufacturing (3 years required). Strong commercial ability & awareness.
