This role is focused on driving sales within the corporate, government, and TMC sectors, with a strong emphasis on both new business acquisition and client retention. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar hotel sales role, with a proven ability to thrive in a competitive, high pressure environment. This position offers exciting opportunities for growth, especially with the expansion of projects across Southern Africa.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share in key segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and TMC clients.
- Drive business into Cape Town based hotels and cross sell across sister properties in South Africa.
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry and B2B sales dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Innovative, adaptable, and focused on delivering results under pressure.
