Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants managing leads from real estate partners, bond originators, alternative lead channels, and direct marketing efforts, while driving sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and compliance within a call centre environment.
Requirements- Matric, RE5 and FAIS qualifications (mandatory)
- Prior experience in short-term and/or long-term insurance sales within a call centre environment (essential)
- Proven experience leading and managing sales teams
- Experience in Wills will be advantageous
