Sales Executive - Solar

Minimum 2 Years in Solar Sales

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our growing team in Johannesburg, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the solar industry and a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales. The candidate must be locally based in Johannesburg and have a good understanding of the renewable energy market.

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial solar sectors.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer energy needs.
• Promote and sell solar energy solutions, including rooftop solar systems and related products.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the solar industry.
• Must be currently based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Good understanding of solar PV systems and renewable energy solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.

• Knowledge of the local solar market and regulations in South Africa.
• Experience in B2B or B2C solar sales.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
