Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Sales Enablement & Training Specialist to own the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) within a BPO/Call Center environment. This role is responsible for building structured training programs, managing and coaching SDR teams, and ensuring operational excellence across sales enablement processes. The ideal candidate has hands on experience in sales leadership, understands outbound sales motions, and is highly operational, tech savvy, and process driven.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding and training of all new SDR hires in a BPO/Call Center sales environment

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve sales training and enablement programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales methodology, and performance improvement modules

  • Create structured work modules and training content within an LMS platform

  • Manage, coach, and mentor SDRs and team leads to drive performance, quality, and consistency

  • Build, manage, and maintain lead lists in collaboration with sales and operations teams

  • Ensure SDRs are trained on lead management, outreach sequencing, and CRM best practices

  • Partner with sales leadership to align training programs with performance goals and KPIs

  • Implement and optimize operational processes, workflows, and sales enablement automations

  • Monitor SDR performance metrics and provide targeted coaching and retraining as needed

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sales development best practices within a BPO environment

Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a sales management, supervisor, or team lead role within a BPO, call center, or high-volume sales environment

  • Proven experience training, coaching, and managing SDR or inside sales teams

  • Strong understanding of sales development roles, outbound prospecting, and lead management

  • Demonstrated ability to create structured training programs, work modules, and enablement content

  • Operationally strong with the ability to design, follow, and enforce repeatable processes

  • High level of technical proficiency and comfort working with LMS platforms, CRMs, and sales tools

  • Non negotiable: Must have prior experience working in a fully remote environment, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have experience working with US or UK based companies. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building or scaling SDR training programs from the ground up

  • Familiarity with sales enablement frameworks and methodologies (e.g., outbound cadences, qualification frameworks)

  • Experience implementing or optimizing sales automations and workflows

  • Background in BPO operations or outsourced sales teams

  • Exposure to performance management, quality assurance, or call coaching programs
