Role Overview

The Sales & Community Growth Coordinator will manage client-facing communication and support enrollment growth through aligned marketing efforts. This person must deeply resonate with wellness work and communicate with warmth and clarity.

Key Responsibilities Instagram Marketing & Advertising
  • Plan and execute Instagram content strategy
  • Manage ad campaigns and monitor performance
  • Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements
Client Communication & Sales Support
  • Respond to inquiries in a warm, empathetic tone
  • Support prospective students through enrollment
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads
  • Maintain CRM and sales tracking systems
Student Onboarding & Community Care
  • Guide new students through onboarding
  • Ensure smooth communication before and during programs
  • Maintain supportive, aligned brand voice across touchpoints
Brand Tone Stewardship
  • Embody and protect the brand's gentle, grounded, empathetic voice
  • Ensure all written communication aligns with Helen's energy and philosophy
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong emotional intelligence and relational skills
  • Experience with Instagram marketing and paid ads
  • Confident in sales conversations without being pushy
  • Deep appreciation for wellness, spirituality, or personal development
  • Excellent written communication skills
