To deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring on-the-floor stock availability, contributing to increased sales, and minimizing losses.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Greet, smile, and acknowledge customers
  • Understand the store layout and direct customers to products effectively

Store Disciplines & Productivity

  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
  • Maintain merchandising principles at all times
  • Ensure all items are correctly ticketed
  • Accurately receive and check all store deliveries according to store manual procedures
  • Conduct accurate stock counts and check product expiry dates
  • Assist at point of sale, including cash handling and cash-ups
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
  • Competency Assessment Achieved
