Responsibilities

Job Overview: Handles a skilled level of calculations, verbal and written communications, outside enquiries, follow-up or explanation. May seek advice from a section leader but has some discretion. Handles a greater variety of tasks, level clerical staff.

  • Administer sales orders
  • Handled customer queries
  • On time pack report to production, CSA controls
  • Short loads, Outstanding invoices
  • Excellent verbal written and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, priorities and manage tasks to meet deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualification- Matric or Certificate in Administration
  • Previous experience working in office setting
  • 2-3 years relevant experience within an office environment
  • Computer skills including, MS Office, E Mails, other systems
