Role Overview

As a Sales Admin Consultant, you are the operational backbone of the sales pipeline - ensuring every inbound lead is captured, qualified, assigned, and progressed efficiently. You'll own CRM data integrity, reporting, and the processes that connect marketing activity to sales outcomes. This is not a passive admin role. You'll actively drive pipeline velocity, enforce process discipline, and provide insights that directly impact conversion rates and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management & First Response: Monitor all inbound channels (website, partners, campaigns, referrals), respond promptly, qualify leads, and schedule demos.
  • Lead Routing & Coordination: Assign leads to the correct Sales & Installations Agents, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-ups with no missed opportunities.
  • CRM Ownership & Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accurate CRM records, ensuring all fields (source, stage, value, close date) are complete, standardised, and up to date.
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure every lead has a next action, track movement through the funnel, and proactively manage stalled or inactive deals.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with marketing to analyse lead quality, campaign performance, and source attribution, providing feedback to optimise conversion.
  • Campaign & Funnel Insights: Identify bottlenecks, drop off points, and gaps in the pipeline, supporting continuous improvement across the funnel.
  • Billing & Admin Coordination: Ensure accurate customer data is captured for invoicing, coordinate billing handovers, and support smooth transitions to onboarding and installations.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with sales, finance, and installations teams to ensure seamless handovers and operational alignment.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain pipeline reports, dashboards, and weekly summaries covering lead volume, conversions, demo bookings, and sales performance.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies in workflows, CRM usage, and reporting, and recommend improvements to increase speed and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales administration, sales operations, or CRM coordination.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) and maintaining high data integrity.
  • Data & Reporting: Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and building pipeline reports and dashboards.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understanding of how lead quality, pipeline movement, and conversion rates impact revenue.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially at first point of contact with leads.
  • Organisation: Highly detail oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Remote Work Readiness
  • Proven ability to manage your own time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Access to a reliable, good quality computer and a stable, high speed internet connection.
  • Good quality headset with a microphone for professional VoIP calls.
Success Metrics
  • Lead first response time
  • Demo booking rate
  • CRM data accuracy and completeness
  • Pipeline visibility and reporting timeliness
  • Lead SLA compliance (no inactive leads)
  • Marketing attribution accuracy
  • Billing handover accuracy
Why You'll Love This Role
  • Be a key player delivering impactful client experiences in a dynamic, growth driven environment.
  • Gain hands on experience with modern POS tech and integrations across accounting, inventory, and property systems.
  • Join a supportive and innovative team passionate about service excellence and professional growth.
