Room Attendant

Clean and service guest rooms according to established hotel standards

Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities

Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms and surfaces thoroughly

Ensure rooms are well-presented, organized, and ready for inspection

Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost property promptly

Respond to guest requests courteously and in a timely manner

Maintain housekeeping carts, cleaning equipment, and storage areas

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Support team members and complete additional tasks when required

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in housekeeping preferred
• Fluent German language skills (spoken and written)
• Basic English skills are advantageous
• Good physical stamina and ability to work efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
