Risk Investigator (Car Rental)

Full-time

Responsible to identify, attend, analyze, plan, action and communicate any and all potential risk & risk factors the company faces on a daily level for the company as a Risk Investigator at the offices in Jetpark, Kempton Park.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / equivalent thereof.
• Has a good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Management of resources.
• Be able to instruct and monitor the tasks at hand.
• Administration and management.

Job Description:

• Attend to speeding clients & overdue rentals.
• Immediately action the recovery of any Stolen and or Hijacking Company Vehicle as soon as it is reported.
• Networking with other Law Enforcement agencies.
• Working Standby duties
• Working irregular hours and flexi time.
• Monitor and attend to Cross Border Movements and Requests.
• Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
