Role Purpose

The Revenue Ops Administrator supports the performance and operational effectiveness of the US Sales team.

Working closely with Account Executives and Revenue Operations, this role ensures strong pipeline visibility, commercial alignment, and reporting accuracy. You will play a key role in maintaining forecast confidence and reinforcing structured sales execution within the US business unit.

This is a commercially focused support role suited to someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with revenue data.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to maintain accurate and aligned pipeline visibility

Support consistency between deal activity and pipeline positioning

Monitor opportunity progression and flag potential risks or delays

Reinforce structured pipeline management practices across the team

Forecast & Revenue Integrity

Support forecast preparation by validating deal movement and commercial inputs

Contribute to strengthening forecast reliability and reporting accuracy

Assist in preparing data for weekly and monthly sales reviews

Ensure revenue-related data reflects current commercial activity

Prepare structured reporting outputs to support performance tracking

Assist in analysing pipeline trends and revenue changes

Support dashboard inputs and key commercial metric tracking

Identify inconsistencies within sales data and coordinate corrective action

Commercial Operations Support

Maintain strong CRM data discipline within the US sales function

Support standardisation of reporting workflows and sales processes

Assist in improving operational efficiency within the commercial environment

Work closely with Revenue Operations to ensure alignment between data, reporting, and performance

Technical Skills

Strong Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, formulas, and data validation

High numerical accuracy and comfort working with revenue figures

Advantageous:

Knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems

Experience in a sales, commercial, finance, or reporting support environment

Experience

1-3 years experience in a commercial, sales support, finance, or analytical role

Experience supporting revenue-generating teams is advantageous

Education

Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred

Equivalent practical experience will be considered
