Job OverviewOur client is a rapidly growing hospitality and property platform and they are looking to recruit a commercially minded Revenue Manager to optimise the financial performance of a diverse short-term rental portfolio.
This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with strong commercial instincts and experience in revenue management within the short-term rental or hospitality space. The successful candidate will take ownership of pricing strategy, forecasting and performance optimisation across a multi-property portfolio, working closely with distribution and leadership teams to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
You will operate at both a tactical and strategic level- monitoring daily performance while building long-term revenue models that support portfolio expansion and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities Daily Performance & Portfolio Optimisation- Monitor and analyse revenue performance across the portfolio on a daily basis
- Identify underperforming properties and implement immediate tactical adjustments
- Track occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across short-term and mid-term rental units
- Build revenue forecasts for new property acquisitions to support growth strategy
- Maintain and update monthly forecasts for the existing portfolio
- Support leadership with scenario modelling and performance projections
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and yield
- Manage rates, discounts, and availability across individual homes and multi-unit properties
- Optimise pricing across both short-term and mid-term rental segments
- Work closely with the distribution team to define rate strategies across booking platforms
- Optimise performance across OTAs such as Airbnb, and VRBO
- Assess channel mix and margin impact to maximise net revenue
- Track market trends, local demand drivers, events, and competitor pricing
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to leadership
- Highlight key risks, opportunities, and recommendations for portfolio optimisation
- 2+ years' experience in Revenue Management within short-term rentals or hospitality
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
- Experience using dynamic pricing tools (e.g. PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Key Data)
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (Guesty or similar)
- Strong commercial understanding of channel economics and margin drivers
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools
- Background in financial modelling or commercial analysis
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to operate both tactically and strategically
- Proactive and forward-thinking, able to anticipate demand trends
- Strong communicator who can translate complex data into actionable insights
