Job Description
Rand Water is currently looking for the Retirement Benefit Counsellor that will be responsible for achieving long term financial well being of members through retirement benefit counselling; Deliver services fully aligned with the Pension Fund Act, Default Regulations, FSCA Conduct Standard 19 of 2021 (RF) and prevailing industry best practise. Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and providing education and guidance to members of the Fund in respect of investment options, membership classes, costs and tax implications.
