Job Description

A premium broker dedicated to helping its clients increase their wealth is looking for experienced Retention Agents to join its dynamic team in Johannesburg.

Position Overview:

The Retention Agent will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty. You will be responsible for retaining existing customers through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess a robust understanding of sales and customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement effective retention strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Retention Agent or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
