We're seeking a customer focused Retail Supervisor to lead our team and drive operational excellence. You'll manage daily sales floor operations, develop Retail Associates, and ensure every customer receives expert guidance and exceptional service. • Ensure Daily checklists are completed by the staff, assisting as needed
• Lead inventory operations by maintaining appropriate stock levels, ensuring continuous product availability, and overseeing inventory accuracy and controls.
• Lead cash management operations by reconciling daily cash drawers, ensuring team adherence to transaction protocols, and maintaining secure cash handling practices.

• Manage floor coverage by strategically scheduling breaks, deliveries, and other absences to prevent operational disruptions
• Maintain cleanliness in the store
• Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Share expert product knowledge and thoughtful recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell products that enhance the customer experience
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor well stocked and organized
• Strictly adhere to all cannabis compliance regulations and company protocols
• Actively participate in training sessions, team meetings, and product demonstrations
• Help onboard and mentor new team members
• Communicate openly and effectively with team leaders and supervisors

Required:

• Age 21 or older
• Ability to pass required background checks (CORI)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred:

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Cannabis retail experience (helpful but not required)
• Leadership experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort with digital tools like POS and inventory systems
• Quick learner with a customer first mindset
