Job Description
Main job function 
The Retail Site Supervisor's focus is to ensure operational efficiency, meeting departmental targets, and upholding brand standards through hands on management, direct execution, and effective implementation of operational tasks.
- General Administration
- Forecourt Operations Management
- Convenience store and add-on service operations management
- Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations management
- Staff Management
- Financial Management
- Risk and security Management
- Maintenance and Asset Management
- Customer Service and Acquisition
- Grade 12
- Code 8 Drivers License
- Own Vehicle and willing to travel
- Previous employment within a grocery retailer
- Previous employment in the fuel industry will be advantageous
- Must be able to interpret site performance and identify areas for improvement
- Labour relations knowledge and skills
- Self-starter with proven high levels of initiative
- High emotional intelligence
