We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Shop Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day operations in the store, including serving customers, maintaining store cleanliness, restocking merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. This is an entry level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Restock merchandise on shelves and racks
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

• High school qualification
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
