As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience - welcoming people into our space, sharing the Sealand story, and helping customers find products that align with their lifestyle.

You'll support in driving sales, maintaining high store standards, and ensuring every customer leaves with a strong and lasting impression of the brand.

• Deliver exceptional, personalised service that makes every customer feel welcome and valued
• Confidently share the Sealand story and product knowledge
• Assist with customer queries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner
• Create a warm, engaging in-store environment aligned with Sealand's values

• Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Build strong product knowledge across materials, functionality, and brand story
• Identify natural upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Support stock awareness on the floor and communicate replenishment needs

• Maintain the overall look and feel of the store, from merchandising to cleanliness
• Ensure all in-store elements (music, scent, lighting, displays) are on-brand
• Restock and keep the store organised and visually appealing
• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries when needed

• Work closely with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support visual merchandising and campaign rollouts
• Uphold Sealand's retail standards, including punctuality and professionalism
• Participate in ongoing training through Sealand Academy

• 1-3 years retail or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working with POS systems and store operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and reliable, able to work weekends and public holidays
