Key Responsibilities Customer Experience- Deliver exceptional, personalised service that makes every customer feel welcome and valued
- Confidently share the Sealand story and product knowledge
- Assist with customer queries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner
- Create a warm, engaging in-store environment aligned with Sealand's values
- Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Build strong product knowledge across materials, functionality, and brand story
- Identify natural upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support stock awareness on the floor and communicate replenishment needs
- Maintain the overall look and feel of the store, from merchandising to cleanliness
- Ensure all in-store elements (music, scent, lighting, displays) are on-brand
- Restock and keep the store organised and visually appealing
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries when needed
- Work closely with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support visual merchandising and campaign rollouts
- Uphold Sealand's retail standards, including punctuality and professionalism
- Participate in ongoing training through Sealand Academy
- Friendly, confident, and people-oriented

- 1-3 years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working with POS systems and store operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and reliable, able to work weekends and public holidays
