Retail Merchandiser

Our client in the FMCG retail sector is seeking a driven Merchandiser to join their team in Brackenfell, Western Cape. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for retail, high energy levels, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering stock, maintaining layouts, and ensuring shelves are merchandised to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the stock and oversee maintaining layouts
  • Merchandise all stock on the shelves provided
  • Check the quality and sell by dates on a regular basis
Requirements
  • Matric
  • 2+ years' working experience within the retail environment
  • PC Literate
  • Own reliable transport and valid driver's license
  • Go getter attitude, self reliant and self motivating
  • Basic Merchandising Principles
  • Supplier Product Knowledge
  • High Energy Levels & a Passion for retail essential
  • Must be Willing to work market/retail/flexible hours i.e.: some Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays/ Overtime
  • FMCG Foods related Experience essential
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Require minimum supervision
  • Be able to deliver according to strict deadlines
  • Must be able to work on different projects at the same time
  • Teamwork is essential
