Require a Finance Controller in Angola, Africa

• Oversee end-to-end financial reporting and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making
• Manage audits, tax filings, and interactions with external auditors and tax authorities
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency
• Mentor and guide junior finance team members to ensure high standards of performance
