• Define and track metrics frameworks to measure progress against OKRs.

• Translate user feedback into actionable product hypotheses and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on product quality.
• Uphold high standards of design and craftsmanship across all features.

• 3-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer or marketplace products.
• Familiarity with tools like Linear, Notion, Amplitude, and Loom.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading cross functional teams and driving product execution.
• Passion for fitness, community, and building high quality products.
• Knowledge of AI tools and systems is a plus.
