What You'll Do- Step confidently into consultant desks during leave periods, managing requotes, proposals, and active files with minimal handover.
- Support brochure quotes and contribute to the design of inspiring, guest ready itineraries.
- Assist in planning and coordinating agent educational trips, working closely with Sales to ensure seamless execution.
- Participate in system and process improvements, including testing and implementation.
- Follow up on provisional bookings and revive dormant leads with insight and initiative.
- Support consultants during peak seasons by loading bookings and managing overflow.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with agents, Sales teams, supplier partners, and internal colleagues.
- Participate in rotational emergency duty and weekly early/late shift rotations.
- Deliver service with calm professionalism, even in high pressure moments.

Knowledge & Skills You'll Bring
- A passion for service excellence.
- Strong working knowledge of Tourplan and Microsoft applications (advantageous).
- Solid understanding of South Africa, Southern Africa, and East Africa (preferred).
- Understanding of travel industry channels and market nuances.
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, WETU).
- Commercial awareness and the ability to support strategic decision making.
- Strong problem solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A willingness to learn, assist, and grow continuously.
