FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in Johannesburg office.

This position is open to an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across Africa, develop regional marketing strategies that drive brand growth, client acquisition, and partner engagement, while ensuring alignment with the company's global brand and marketing framework.

The successful candidate will bring proven marketing experience within financial services or trading, with a strong understanding of African markets. They will act as the regional marketing lead, working closely with the global marketing, brand, product, partnerships and sales teams to translate global initiatives into locally relevant campaigns.

Responsibilities: Regional Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for FP Markets across Africa, aligned with global marketing objectives.
  • Identify key growth opportunities, target segments and regional priorities across African markets.
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing and Brand teams to localise and implement global campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to regional sales and partnership teams on marketing initiatives.
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Lead the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns across digital, partner and event channels.
  • Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively within the region.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies based on data and market insights.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables.
Partner & Channel Marketing
  • Support marketing initiatives with IBs, affiliates and strategic partners across Africa.
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives, educational campaigns and promotional partnerships.
  • Work closely with the partnerships team to strengthen the FP Markets brand across the regional ecosystem.
Events & Brand Presence
  • Lead the planning and execution of regional events, webinars, expos and educational initiatives.
  • Ensure FP Markets maintains a strong and consistent brand presence at industry and trading events.
  • Work with global teams to ensure all regional activations align with brand guidelines.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and client behaviour across African markets.
  • Provide insights to the global marketing team to help refine product positioning and campaign strategies.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and growth channels within the region.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Global Marketing, Brand, Product, Partnerships, Sales and Compliance teams.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the regional voice of the market, providing insights and feedback to global teams.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within Forex, fintech, trading or financial services.
  • Proven experience developing and executing regional marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of African markets and regional cultural dynamics.
  • Experience managing multi channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, partnerships).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams while driving regional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with IB / affiliate ecosystems is highly desirable.
