Recruitment Specialist (South Africa)
Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for agent and non-agent roles across multiple geographic locations, covering individual contributor through leadership positions.
- Gain a strong understanding of hiring needs, required skills, and candidate profiles for assigned business units and managed accounts.
- Source, review, and shortlist candidates aligned with hiring manager criteria and account-specific requirements.
- Conduct structured interviews and facilitate candidate assessments in an efficient and timely manner.
- Calibrate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to align on hiring plans, role expectations, and recruitment timelines.
- Act as a primary point of contact for recruitment-related discussions, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate tracking of all candidate applications and recruitment activities using hiring databases and recruitment tools.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and pipeline health to support hiring efficiency and decision-making.
- Gather, summarize, and produce comprehensive recruitment reports covering all stages of the hiring lifecycle.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and operations teams to schedule interviews and manage interview logistics.
- Support hiring decisions by providing timely feedback and recruitment insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct job offer discussions and support the onboarding of successful candidates using HRIS platforms.
- Coordinate with HR and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Identify recruitment challenges and proactively recommend solutions to improve hiring outcomes.
- Support recruitment initiatives aligned with ClearSource's business goals and growth plans.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally supporting both agent and corporate/non-agent roles.
- Strong interview, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different geographies and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with experience using recruitment trackers, databases, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
