Job Purpose

To support Recruitment Consultants in sourcing, engaging, and coordinating trades and labour candidates while ensuring accurate labour management through ATS systems, control sheets, and availability tracking.

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, advertising campaigns, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates.
• Support consultants with shortlisting and preparing candidates for client submission.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns and bulk hiring drives.

• Maintain consistent and accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Update candidate status, compliance documents, and communication logs.
• Monitor ATS dashboards and action items to ensure timely follow-up.
• Report on weekly pipeline activity and candidate availability.

• Maintain and update the trades control sheet daily.
• Produce weekly availability lists for internal teams.
• Ensure all worker movements (starts, finishes, extensions) are logged.
• Track compliance checks, right-to-work, and document expiry dates.

• Handle timesheet queries and submissions.
• Process GDPR and compliance documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to consultants.
