- Typing and formatting CVs with attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Conduct reference checks for candidates, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality throughout the process.
- Providing office support to the Recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate correspondence, and other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintaining up to date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring data compliance.
- Assisting in drafting and updating job descriptions and templates when required.
- Supporting team initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and considering DEI principles in all interactions.
- Collaborating with team members on special projects and assignments as directed.
- Assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Degree in HR, Business, Industrial Psychology, or related degree.
- 0-2 Years' experience in recruitment, HR, or client service environment.
- Strong administrative and communication skills, with willingness to learn recruitment processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar platforms (advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised and detail oriented.
- Entrepreneurial, self motivated, and results driven.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
