About the Role

Remote Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team in sourcing and placing candidates for UK-based clients. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and wants to build a career in HR and recruitment. No prior experience is necessary - we provide all the training you need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Posting job adverts across various job boards and career platforms

  • Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates against job specifications

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and clients

  • Managing candidate pipelines and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Conducting reference checks and assisting with onboarding documentation

  • Supporting the team with administrative and reporting tasks

Requirements
  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Confident, professional, and people-focused attitude

  • Comfortable with computers and digital tools

  • No recruitment experience required - training is fully provided

Equipment & Setup
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace

  • Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
