We are hiring a Junior Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring through intensive sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment administration. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and has prior sourcing experience supporting multiple open roles at once.
Key Responsibilities- Source and engage large volumes of candidates for active hiring needs
- Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification checks
- Manage candidate scheduling and interview coordination at scale
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS
- Send high volumes of candidate communications and follow-ups
- Support recruiters with offer-stage and onboarding administration
- Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the process
- Previous hands-on sourcing experience is mandatory in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment
- Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage repetitive workflows
- High attention to detail and process adherence
- Comfortable working with high candidate throughput and tight timelines
- Experience supporting high-volume or operational recruitment teams
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and pipeline tracking
- Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders
- ATS: Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar
- Sourcing & Scheduling Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly, job boards
- Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
