• Participate in business development activities to expand client portfolio and market presence.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for client vacancies using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial brief to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates regarding market trends, salary benchmarks, and career development.
• Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.
• Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, candidate interviews, and feedback sessions.

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates across various industries.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Preferably CEI certified.
