• Logging and managing maintenance service calls.
• Updating maintenance call records in the technical system.
• Filing documentation for completed maintenance calls.
• Processing Inter-Branch Transfers (IBTs) and following up on outstanding items.
• Placing and tracking consignment stock orders.
• Managing showroom stock orders and updates.
• Obtaining transport quotations.
