Responsibilities- Switchboard and messaging services
- Reception services and welcoming guests
- Compiling reports and handling documents to be sent via courier
- Attend and complete face to face & online training
- Filing and other relevant administrative duties to support the Branch Administrator
- National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)
- At least two years' experience in a fast-paced B2B or B2C business.
- Office Administration Courses completed
- Basic Power Point, MS Word and MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Syspro (ERP) would be an advantage
- Verbal Communication: Clear, polite, and professional speaking skills.
- Written Communication: Ability to write emails, messages, and notes accurately and courteously.
- Active Listening: Understanding and addressing the needs of visitors and callers.
- Friendliness: Warm, welcoming attitude to make guests feel comfortable.
- Empathy: Understanding and responding to the emotions and needs of others.
- Teamwork: Cooperating with colleagues and supporting office staff.
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing a busy front desk efficiently.
- Multitasking: Handling multiple calls, visitors, and administrative duties at once.
- Driver License would be an advantage
