Job Description
Key Outputs 
- Planning of all requirements for service letters and PIP's
- Communication with vendors of securing of goods and services
- Timekeeping of workforce
- Receiving orders & invoicing to customers
- Assist with the achievement of KPI's
- Ability to apply warranty policies and procedures
- Resolve internal and external customer queries
- Effective self-management
- Managing the WIP, work order closing and work order history
- Trade certificate (Diesel or Heavy Earthmoving Mechanic)
- 2 years technical experience
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- SAP knowledge advantageous
- Good communication skills and customer relations
- Must be a team player and be willing to work overtime
