As Quantity Surveyor, you will joining a Main Contractor in their Quantity Surveying department. You will be based in their East London office. They cover projects across London and South East in the refurbishment and maintenance sector. They have a great training and support programme with an experienced commercial team with equal opportunities to progress.

They are an award-winning contractor who are family-run with a range of clients including local authorities, housing associations and private businesses. Predominately, they focus on the housing, education, commercial, heritage and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
  • Setting up CVR's
  • Monitoring project costs against budget
  • Sending enquiries
  • Identifying risk and opportunities
  • Managing disputes if they arise
Key Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:

This company are seeking a personable Quantity Surveyor who is ambitious and hard working. You will be a team player but also work independently.

  • Degree in a construction related subject
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the refurbishment/maintenance sector
  • Experience in planned and reactive maintenance
  • Live within commutable distance to East London
