- Support supply chain to maintain 98% service levels
- Ensure QC job misses stay below 28
- Prevent product recalls and uphold customer service excellence
- Audit export and incoming stock , verify deliveries, and report defects
- Conduct cGMP audits and promote a culture of quality
- Minimize and monitor block stock , assist with rework
- Communicate process/product issues to management
- Diploma or Degree (any institution)
- 2 years in FMCG environments
- Knowledge of GMP and warehousing practices
- Computer literate
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Reliable , honest, and punctual
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

We're looking for a dedicated Quality Control Auditor to join our team and help us deliver world-class service levels while driving continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Supply Chain team to achieve a 98% service level.
- Maintain high customer service standards that exceed expectations.
- Prevent quality-related product recalls from the trade.
- Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement throughout the organization.
- Audit export stock to ensure trucks are loaded correctly and per procedure.
- Communicate problematic processes and products to the manager.
- Verify all deliveries against SOPs and work instructions.
- Assist with rework and minimize block stock.
- Audit incoming stock from factories and third parties; report defects to the Supervisor.
- Monitor and reduce block stock through weekly reviews and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular cGMP audits to maintain world-class standards.
- Diploma or Degree (open to all institutions)
- 2 years' plus experience in FMCG environments
- Knowledge of GMP and warehousing practices
- Proficient in Basic Computer Operations: Comfortable navigating common software applications and digital tools.
- Reliable and Dedicated: Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a commitment to honesty, punctuality, and consistent performance.
- Collaborative Team Member: Thrives in team environments, contributing positively to group dynamics and shared goals.
