Quality Assurance Manager - Automotive

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with strong automotive manufacturing experience to lead and enhance the company's quality management systems. Reporting to the Senior QA Manager, this role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement within a dynamic automotive environment.

• BSc Mechanical Engineering (essential)
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Quality Assurance within automotive manufacturing
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA
• Proven experience in internal, supplier, and customer audits
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams, manage KPIs, and drive continuous improvement

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function within an automotive manufacturing environment
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
• Drive process optimization, PPM improvement, and waste reduction initiatives
• Prepare the business for audits and maintain certification compliance
• Lead, coach, and develop the QA team to achieve performance targets

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in statistical analysis, quality tools, and reporting
