Property Services Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Property Services Manager to support our client, a leading property management group with a portfolio of commercial and retail assets. You will oversee building operations, maintenance, and service delivery, ensuring properties are maintained to high standards, budgets are managed efficiently, and tenants receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage building operations, maintenance programs, and service contracts
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Prepare and monitor budgets, expenses, and operational reports
- Supervise onsite staff and coordinate contractors for maintenance and projects
- Liaise with tenants to address complaints and operational issues
- 7-10 years' experience in property services, facilities management, or operations
- Diploma or degree in Facilities, Operations, or Property Management (technical qualifications advantageous)
- Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills
- Ability to travel regionally as required
- Work with a well-established property management group
- Lead operations across multiple commercial and retail assets
