We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Property Practitioners to join us on our mission to create a living environment that enhances the everyday lives of present and future generations.

Our value chain covers the entire process, from raw land and urban design to the construction of both residential and non residential buildings.
Opportunity OverviewIn 2024, we are set to transfer over 200 residential units to clients, with plans for more than 400 in 2025.
Citra boasts a landbank of 4,000 residential units, with 25,000m GLA of retail and 30,000m GLA of light industrial development planned over the next 5 10 years.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic property practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in client relationships, sales performance, and negotiation, while being committed to achieving results.
Work Schedule FlexibilityWe require flexibility in working hours to accommodate client meetings, property viewings, and networking events. Our results oriented approach allows you to manage your time efficiently, but availability on weekends is essential, as many real estate transactions take place during this time.
Weekend AvailabilityWhile we promote a balanced work life schedule, weekend availability for property showings and client meetings is critical for success in this role.
Requirements- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an estate agent.
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (PPRA).
- Experience in the affordable housing market is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to keep clients informed throughout the buying or selling process.
- Strong administrative and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- A satisfactory criminal record check.
- Valid driver's license and access to own transportation.
- Preferably located in the Kuils River or Blue Downs area, with experience in affordable housing sales.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and general computer skills.
- Competitive commission split in addition to a basic salary.
