Property Litigation Solicitor - North West

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor 2+ PQE to join a highly regarded and award-winning regional law firm with a strong reputation across the North West.

The Opportunity

Working within a firm, which is values-led with deep regional roots and a strong national profile. The Property Litigation team continues to grow and is seeking an ambitious solicitor to play a key role in delivering excellent results for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing your own caseload of contentious property matters, including: Leasehold disputes, Boundary disputes, Adverse possession claims, Section 20 consultation procedures, Serving and responding to Section 25 and Section 26 notices and Dilapidations disputes
  • Drafting and responding to proceedings in the County Court, High Court and First Tier Property Tribunal
  • Attend site visits with experts where required
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, courts and third parties to progress matters efficiently
  • Supervise and mentor paralegals, supporting their professional development
  • Collaborate across departments on joint matters and strategic projects
About You
  • Be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive 2+ PQE
  • Have demonstrable experience within a Property Litigation or Real Estate Disputes team
  • Have handled matters involving leasehold disputes, dilapidations, adverse possession and boundary issues
