Project Manager - Western Cape Business Unit
Job Description
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with design and regulatory requirements. It involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, controlling project risks, maintaining clear documentation and reporting, and supporting smooth project handover and close-out to achieve successful project outcomes.
Travel or Relocation Required?Travel on-site for work purposes is reimbursable at V3 rates.
Driver's licence and own vehicle required.
Working Hours/Schedule Salary Range600-900k p.a. CTC depending on qualifications, experience, and professional registration. BenefitsExposure to multi-disciplinary projects and long-term career development.
ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception through to completion.
Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure effective project delivery.
Ensure all works comply requirements.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies where required.
Maintainn
Support project handover and close-out processes, ensuring all contractual and operational requirements are met.
Minimum QualificationsBuilt environment related diploma/degree/qualification. Experience directly related to project management or construction management will3>
Ideally, Pr.CPM registered or, as a minimum, already registered as a candidate Pr.CPM with SACPCMP.
Years of Relevant ExperienceMid level post, but minimum 5 years working experience in a Project Manager role in the construction industry/building (essential).
