Project Manager
Job Description
Overvue is looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5-15 years' experience to lead complex construction and development projects from inception through to completion. The role requires strong leadership, programme management, and coordination skills, with exposure to high-end residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the professional team across all project stages
- Develop and manage master programmes and key milestones
- Manage design coordination and information flow
- Oversee procurement strategy and contractor appointment
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and risk
- Chair project meetings and issue formal minutes
- Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
- Oversee commercial performance in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor
- Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
- Drive projects to practical completion and final close-out
- BSc in Construction Management or related built environment degree
- 5-15 years' relevant experience in construction project management
- Experience managing projects through all project stages / Stage 1-6 equivalents
- Strong leadership and coordination capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (JBCC preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments
- Professional registration (PrCPM or similar) advantageous
