• Project management expertise required in resilient cities and water infrastructure projects;
• Provide knowledge and experience-based competency to perform project management-specific consultancy services;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovations in- and outside Royal HaskoningDHV in the disciplines required to deliver projects. This includes the link with data science and digital services;
• Actively explore opportunities to apply a Digital Way of Working in projects, identify internal and external needs and organise efforts to automate and standardize processes or make them more efficient, and
• Raise brand awareness in Royal HaskoningDHV relevant sectors.

• Be a team player and contribute to the skill development and transfer of knowledge of the climate resilience team by mentoring junior and midlevel professionals;
• Actively share your knowledge and experience with your team;
• Create a learning environment where colleagues are trained and can be developed to independent resources.

• Prepare or lead preparation of proposals and tenders.
• Act as project manager for climate resilience and water services projects in Business Line Water South Africa.

• PMP
• 8-10 years' post-qualification experience
• Professional registration with ECSA or working toward this
• Be able to consistently deliver high quality, accurate and timely work
• Ability to work in English and Afrikaans
• Willingness to travel within the Southern Cape
• Resident in George
• Must have valid drivers' license and own vehicle
