We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in MSP, software house/vendor environments, and external customer projects. The role involves managing software delivery and infrastructure projects, ensuring successful implementation within time and budget, and working closely with the Head of PMO and Pre-Sales teams.

1. Manage external customer-driven projects, including planning, monitoring, control, reporting, and communication.
2. Retain ownership of risks and issues, conduct project review meetings, and implement change control as needed.
3. Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies, including Prince II and AgilePM.
4. Candidate should have experience with governance, policies & procedures, client onboarding, and structured project management processes (Prince II, PMP, AgilePM).

• Experience in software houses, MSPs, or vendors.
• Client-facing experience and onboarding of clients.
• Proven track record in delivering software and infrastructure projects in Agile/Waterfall environments.
• Certifications are not mandatory but preferred.
