Job Duties
  • Arrange meetings, site visits, and workshops
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes
  • Compile daily, weekly, or monthly reports
  • Track project progress, risks, and outstanding items
  • Update dashboards and status reports
  • Assist in updating project schedules and tracking progress
  • Act as a link between project team, contractors, and suppliers
  • Distribute information and ensure everyone is aligned
  • Follow up on outstanding actions
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and manual)
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Support audits and project close-out documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Certificate in Project Management
Experience
  • 5 Years experience as a project administrator
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and processes
  • Assisting with schedules, progress tracking, and updates
  • Supporting procurement and expediting processes
  • Coordinating meetings, logistics, and resources
