Our future production supervisor will have as main mission to supervise the activities of our client lines to ensure production downtime is kept to a minimum.

• Production planning and execution in line with scheduling demands of customer.
• Training of Assemblers.
• Supervision of Cell Leaders and handling of internal grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Monitoring and controlling of all cost, quality, output, safety, absenteeism, etc.
• Interface with temporary employment services provider.
• Top 5 scrap/IPPM analysis and implementation of action plans.
• Line restructuring with demand fluctuations from customer.
• Monitoring output on a daily basis

• Minimum Grade 12. Supervisory certification and/or studies towards a national diploma/degree would be advantageous.
• Supervisory experience of minimum 3 years in an automotive JIT seat assembly environment would be essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work overtime is essential.
• Computer skills would be advantageous.
