Job Description

About the Role:
  • Strategic development, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the company's products
  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating product initiatives for both new and existing clients.
  • Focus is on improving business processes and systems to enhance product value and customer satisfaction
  • Supports the delivery of product requirements throughout the lifecycle, including go-live and post-launch support.
What Were Looking For:
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous
  • High level of personal integrity and ethics.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership

Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.

Qualifications:
  • Industrial Engineering Qualification (preferred)
  • Matric or equivalent qualification recognized by the Department of Higher Education & Training.
  • National Diploma / Degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
Daily Tasks:
  • Own and manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
  • Develop product strategies and road maps aligned with business goals
  • Define product requirements and prioritize features
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including development, QA, marketing, and sales
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements
  • Manage product risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Facilitate product launches and client training
  • Continuously improving product processes and documentation
