Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Procurement Planner who is passionate about transforming procurement into a strategic function that delivers measurable value to the organization. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. Key responsibilities include demand planning, supplier coordination, inventory management, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry standards.
What You'll Be Cooking Up:- New Build & Remodel Procurement Planning: Develop and execute procurement strategies for new construction and remodeling projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Project Requirements Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to align procurement activities with technical specifications and timelines.
- Import & Logistics Planning: Manage international sourcing, shipping schedules, and customs compliance to ensure smooth delivery of materials.
- Supplier Lead Time & Scheduling Management: Monitor supplier performance, manage lead times, and maintain accurate delivery schedules.
- Procurement Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of purchase orders, delivery status, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and project management teams to support organizational goals.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Procurement, or related field.
- 4+ years' experience in procurement planning or project-based supply chain.
- Proven experience with new builds/remodel procurement and import planning.
- Strong skills in Excel, procurement tracking, and scheduling tools.
- Exposure to equipment procurement (kitchen, HVAC, electrical) is an advantage.
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and forecasting abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret BOQs and technical specifications.
- Effective communication and follow-up.
