Procurement Officer

The Procurement officer must have the following experiences an

• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost saving opportunities and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and align strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
• Support inventory management by ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to management as required.

• Relevant qualifications in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Must come from Manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
