Procurement and Data Reporting Manager

Global Procurement & Value Enablement

We are seeking a senior Data & Reporting Lead to drive enterprise-wide data governance, reporting strategy and value realisation across a global Source-to-Pay landscape.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for transforming complex procurement data into strategic insights that drive measurable cost savings, process efficiencies and executive decision-making. You will lead internal analysts while partnering with senior global stakeholders across supply chain, finance, legal and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the global data and reporting strategy across procurement and associated reporting platforms

  • Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data governance, quality standards and policy controls

  • Lead KPI development, savings tracking and performance reporting aligned to procurement and supply chain objectives

  • Oversee dashboard and visualisation development (strategic, tactical and operational reporting)

  • Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance across data, reporting and financial controls

  • Drive automation and reporting optimisation initiatives

Non-Negotiable Requirements
  • 5+ years in a senior procurement reporting or business process owner role within a complex, global environment

  • 5+ years leadership experience

  • Proven experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks and quality controls

  • Strong procurement process expertise (Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay)

  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills at executive level

  • Demonstrated track record of turning data into measurable business value and cost savings

  • Strong project management capability with experience running multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Advanced SQL skills

  • Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)

  • Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes

  • Experience working across ERP and procurement platforms

  • Knowledge of regulatory and financial control environments (e.g., SOX, data privacy frameworks)

  • Experience within complex, asset-heavy or multinational industries

  • Python or R for advanced analytics

  • Background in supply chain, data science or business analytics
