Job Description

One of the UK's largest printers has an opening for a Process Improvement Engineer to assist them in providing a top notch service to their household named client base.

Responsibilities
  • To ensure maximum potential production output and quality is achieved for the department - this requires the setting of clear objectives for the shift periods.
  • To drive waste standards across the shifts.
  • To ensure the equipment is maintained to the highest level ensuring optimum performance.
  • To ensure the equipment and environment is operated and cared for, meeting all current Health & Safety legislation and conforming to our client's standards.
  • To strive to continuously improve process efficiency, eliminating unnecessary costs from the business.
  • To communicate effectively with Employees, Line Managers and Dept. Managers as required.
  • Will be involved actively in staff recruitment, selection of employees.
  • Contribute to the improvement and development of skills within the department.

The successful candidate will be a great technical problem solver with excellent communication skills.
